Nikko Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

Ordered vegetable hibachi to go and received this. When ordering hibachi you should get an entree (chicken, steak, veggies, etc.,) a side of veggies, and a side of rice. When asking for additional vegetables (as ordered and paid $15 for) I got some carrots. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "she's too busy" and "I only work here" as well as that you don't get as much food in a to go order as you do if you eat at the restaurant. Even though you pay the same price... I also waited in the lobby for about 40 minutes with about 15 other people waiting to be seated while there were no servers coming out and dirty tables everywhere.

We truly enjoyed our evening tonight at Nikko. The manager Ursula was pleasant and professional. Our server AJ was AMAZING!!! He kept our drinks full and was a pleasure!This place is really working hard to ensure the public’s safety during this pandemic. I watched as they repeatedly washed their hands in between table visits and they wore masks and it made me feel comfortable knowing that Ursula took it seriously. Way to go Nikko!!!!

Good intent with mediocre results. Our service left a lot to be desired unfortunately. Only due to a brand new server not having oversight from a more experienced one. I honestly felt bad for this individual. Food quality was par for the course when it comes to dining in Pace, FL. If you're looking for high quality cuisine you must be willing to drive out of the sleepy little town of the Milton/Pace area. We come here for the convenience, and know what we are in for. So, if you are looking for something other than Mexican food or Country cuisine Nikko is not a bad substitute.
